- VL Appliance provides residential and commercial appliance repair, installation, and maintenance services in Winnipeg and surrounding areas.
Appointments & Cancellations
- Appointments can be booked via phone, email, or our website.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a service call fee.
Service Call & Diagnostic Fees
- A standard diagnostic fee will be charged for inspection, which will be applied toward the total cost if repairs are approved.
- If the customer declines the repair, the diagnostic fee remains payable.
- Service Call fee may vary based on demographic location
Quotes & Pricing
- All repair quotes are provided in advance and require customer approval before work begins.
- Pricing is subject to change based on part availability and unforeseen labor requirements.
Parts & Warranty
- We use manufacturer-approved, Genuine Parts & Components and equivalent quality replacement parts.
- Most parts carry a 90 to 180 day warranty, depending on the manufacturer.
- Labor warranty is 30 days from the date of service unless otherwise stated.
- Warranty is void if the appliance is misused, tampered with, or serviced by others after our repair.
Payments
- Full payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- We accept cash, credit/debit cards, e-transfer, and business cheques
- A service charge may apply to overdue accounts.
Liability
- VL Appliance is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages, including property damage, loss of food, or business interruption.
- We are not responsible for pre-existing damage or defects unrelated to our service.
Access & Safety
- Customers are responsible for ensuring safe and unobstructed access to appliances.
- Pets must be secured during service visits.
